This easy weeknight dinner idea is creamy, cheesy, and downright irresistible—perfect for busy nights or a cozy family meal!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish. Pat chicken breasts dry, season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and chopped parsley.
  3. Place chicken in the baking dish and evenly spread the cream cheese mixture on top of each breast.
  4. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
  5. Sprinkle with extra parsley and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted veggies.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add minced garlic to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
