  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

For the Dressing:

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried oregano

Instructions

Step by Step:

1️⃣ Prepare the Vegetables:

  • Slice the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, and red onion.
  • Add them to a large bowl along with the Kalamata olives.
