- Slice the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, and red onion.
- Add them to a large bowl along with the Kalamata olives.
2️⃣ Add the Feta & Seasoning:
- Gently toss in the cubed feta cheese.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano for extra flavor.
3️⃣ Make the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
4️⃣ Assemble & Serve:
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately with fresh bread or as a side dish!
