Instructions
- Make the Batter: In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix just until combined.
- Fold in Chocolate Chips: Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
- Cook the Pancakes: Heat a nonstick pan over medium. Scoop batter onto the pan, cooking until bubbles form, then flip.
- Plate & Top: Stack the pancakes, sprinkle more chocolate chips and powdered sugar on top. Add whipped cream.
