Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, combine sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, onion powder, and oregano.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and spread the sour cream cheese mix on top.
  4. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
