  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  5. Arrange pepperoni slices across the cheese.
  6. Carefully roll the dough lengthwise into a log and pinch seams to seal.
  7. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Brush with egg wash and olive oil, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
