  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 slices of cheese (mozzarella, Swiss, or preferred choice)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

For the Steamed Broccoli:

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

Step by Step:

1️⃣ Steam the Broccoli:

  • In a pot, bring water to a boil and place a steamer basket on top.
  • Add broccoli florets and steam for 5 minutes until tender.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).

2️⃣ Cook the Omelette:

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and pour in the eggs.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes until set.

3️⃣ Melt the Cheese:

  • Place slices of cheese over the omelette while still warm.
  • Fold the omelette in half and let the cheese melt.

4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

  • Plate the omelette with steamed broccoli.

Notes

Cooking Note:
