Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb beef meatballs (cooked)
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in cooked meatballs and mix gently.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan evenly over the top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
