- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb beef meatballs (cooked)
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cooked meatballs and mix gently.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use pre-cooked meatballs for convenience.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
