- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp butter or oil (for toasting)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Make the Garlic Cheese Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add both cheeses and chicken, stirring until fully coated.
- Load the Tortillas: Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture evenly into each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
- Toast for Golden Goodness: Heat a skillet over medium heat with a touch of butter or oil. Toast each wrap seam-side down until golden and crispy.
- Flip & Finish Toasting: Flip and cook the other side until everything’s melty and irresistible.
- Serve It Up Hot: Slice in half, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
