- 2 plain bagels, sliced in half
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the bagel halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each bagel half.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top of each one.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the mozzarella.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, then serve warm.
