Description

A quick and easy cheesy pizza bagel recipe perfect for snacks or kid-friendly lunches.


Ingredients

  • 2 plain bagels, sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the bagel halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each bagel half.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top of each one.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the mozzarella.
