  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Step by Step:

  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
