Crab meat – 1 cup (lump or claw, drained)
Salmon fillet – 1 lb (skin removed, cubed)
Fettuccine pasta – 8 oz
Heavy cream – 1½ cups
Garlic – 4 cloves (minced)
Parmesan cheese – ¾ cup (freshly grated)
Cajun seasoning – 2 tbsp

Instructions
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
2. Season salmon cubes with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

5. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
6. Fold in the crab meat, lobster tails, and salmon. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until seafood is heated through.
7. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly in sauce.

Notes
For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes or a splash of hot sauce.
Use freshly grated parmesan for best texture and flavor.
Substitute fettuccine with linguine or penne if preferred.
