A creamy and spicy Cajun chicken pasta dish that’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Extra Parmesan for topping
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Rub chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear chicken for 5–6 mins per side.
- Let chicken rest 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, then pour in cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan, season with salt and pepper. Toss in fettuccine, then top with sliced chicken. Finish with chopped parsley and more cheese.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less spice.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
