1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 ball fresh burrata cheese
1 cup fresh arugula
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Step by Step:
1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare the Dough:
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
2️⃣ Add Sauce & Cheese:
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
3️⃣ Bake the Pizza:
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and crispy.
4️⃣ Top with Burrata & Arugula:
Tear the burrata into pieces and spread it over the warm pizza.
Add fresh arugula on top.
5️⃣ Final Touch & Serve:
Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Slice and enjoy immediately
