Description

Buffalo Chicken Dip – a creamy, spicy, cheesy, and incredibly easy party favorite. Perfect for game days and quick gatherings.


Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional but classic!)

Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Mix cream cheese, ranch, and buffalo sauce until smooth.

3. Fold in shredded chicken, cheddar, and blue cheese.

4. Transfer to greased baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

5. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

6. Broil 1–2 minutes for extra browning (optional).

7. Garnish with parsley or chives and serve hot.

Notes

Let dip cool slightly before serving for best consistency.

For a smoky flavor, use grilled or smoked chicken.

Serve with celery sticks, chips, or sliced baguette.
