Ingredients

  • 1 small zucchini, sliced

  • 1 small carrot, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Green onion or sesame seeds for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Cook ground beef with soy sauce, hoisin, sesame oil, and chili flakes until browned.
  3. Sauté mushrooms, zucchini, red bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper until tender.
