- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then mix in shredded mozzarella.
- Place a spoonful of filling onto each egg roll wrapper and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F and fry egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and garnish with parsley if desired.
