- 4 plain bagels, sliced in half
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional for brushing edges)
- Dried parsley or red pepper flakes (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the Base: Lay sliced bagels on a baking tray, cut-side up. Lightly brush with olive oil.
- Add the Sauce: Spoon a layer of pizza sauce onto each bagel.
- Pile on the Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella generously on each one.
- Top with Pepperoni: Add pepperoni slices on top.
- Bake to Perfection: Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and edges are crisp. Sprinkle Italian seasoning or parsley before serving.
