  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

Step by Step:

1️⃣ Grill the Vegetables:

  • Heat a grill or pan over medium heat.
  • Toss asparagus and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Grill for 3-4 minutes until slightly charred and tender.

2️⃣ Assemble the Salad:

  • Place the grilled asparagus and tomatoes on a serving plate.
  • Add the burrata in the center.

3️⃣ Drizzle & Season:

  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for a spicy kick (optional).

4️⃣ Garnish & Serve:

  • Top with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
