Instructions
Step by Step:
1️⃣ Grill the Vegetables:
- Heat a grill or pan over medium heat.
- Toss asparagus and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes until slightly charred and tender.
2️⃣ Assemble the Salad:
- Place the grilled asparagus and tomatoes on a serving plate.
- Add the burrata in the center.
3️⃣ Drizzle & Season:
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for a spicy kick (optional).
4️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
- Top with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
